One person, start to finish.
I'm Ventsislav Pavlov Goranov, and I build every site end to end: design, code, deployment, and the admin panel you'll use afterwards. No handoffs, no account managers, no telephone game between departments: the person who designs your site is the same person who ships it and answers your emails.
My background is computer engineering, so the site is written rather than assembled, and it is built to keep working after launch. I work evenings and nights, aligned to US business hours. Expect a reply within one business day, usually faster.
I prefer restrained design that still reads well in five years over whatever the current trend happens to be. Fewer clients at a time, each one dealt with directly.

Discovery call
A short conversation about the business, its customers and what the site has to do, so the scope is settled before anything is built.

Design and build
Design and development run together rather than in sequence, which is what keeps most projects to three to five days.

Launch and handover
The site goes live and you are walked through the admin panel, so you leave able to run it without calling anyone.

Ongoing care
Hosting, monitoring, backups and updates continue quietly in the background, so the site keeps working after launch week.
