By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

You must be at least 16 years old to use this site.

You may use this site to:

• Learn about Evafangel's services.
• Submit inquiries through the contact form.
• Book a consultation call through Calendly.

You may not:

• Scrape, copy, or republish site content without permission.
• Attempt to interfere with the site's security or performance.
• Use the site for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.

The content, design, and code of this website are owned by Evafangel unless otherwise stated. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not reuse the material without written permission.

For client projects, final deliverables (including the source code and the live or deployed site) become your property after full payment, unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Evafangel retains the right to use the underlying frameworks, tools, and reusable techniques. Hosting is provided as part of an ongoing monthly care service; if you stop paying for hosting, that service ends, but your ownership of the code and site itself is not affected.

Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain the property of Evafangel and are licensed to you for review purposes only. If a client defaults on payment, no ownership or license to use the deliverables is granted, and any use of the deliverables without full payment is not authorized.

Custom web design and development work is governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work. These terms do not replace that agreement, but they do apply to your general use of this website.

The site and its content are provided as-is. Evafangel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the total fees you paid Evafangel for the specific project or service giving rise to the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evafangel disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Evafangel is not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as server outages, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.

You agree to indemnify and hold Evafangel harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the deliverables, content you provide us, or your violation of these terms or applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Before either party initiates legal action, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. If that fails, either party may propose mediation with a mutually agreed mediator. If the dispute remains unresolved after mediation, or if either party declines to participate in mediation, the dispute will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will still apply.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
