The content, design, and code of this website are owned by Evafangel unless otherwise stated. You may view and share links to pages, but you may not reuse the material without written permission.

For client projects, the final design and content delivered to you become your property after full payment, unless a separate agreement says otherwise. Evafangel retains the right to use the underlying frameworks, tools, and reusable techniques.

Custom web design and development work is governed by a separate project agreement or statement of work. These terms do not replace that agreement, but they do apply to your general use of this website.

The site and its content are provided as-is. Evafangel is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid Evafangel in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if no payment was made.

These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally. If that fails, disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will be posted here with the updated date. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
